Each team member is highly qualified and skilled at providing immediate and detailed communication along with ensuring the most cost-effective solution for each repair/project performed. PVC associates are facility- and construction-savvy time management professionals who focus on providing quality, communication and workmanship. Each associate receives extensive training and development in the trades, products, repairs, and top technology solutions of the industry today.
Michael A. Ricciuti
President, Facilities
Michael Ricciuti joined Pleasant Valley Corporation in 2003 after earning a degree in Business Management. He oversees our Facilities Division with a focus on overall strategic direction. He emphasizes strengthening the relationships with our key customers and vendor partners. Michael also brings many years of practical commercial experience. He has contributed to the success of the commercial real estate division of PVC Corporation, where he developed new construction and tenant build-outs totaling over half a million square feet of office and warehouse space.
Anthony R. Matt
Vice President of Operations, Facilities
Anthony Matt joined Pleasant Valley Construction Co. in 2008. He graduated with Honors from Baldwin-Wallace College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with minors in Economics and Marketing. He oversees the day to day operations of the Facility Department handling all our national accounts. He also has extensive experience working in the field at numerous construction sites. Anthony likes spending time with his family and watching/playing all sports.
