Gino P. Faciana
Gino Faciana, an electrician by trade, started Faciana Electric Company in 1976 with his wife, Barbara. By 1982 Gino and Barbara founded Pleasant Valley Construction Company to develop commercial and industrial properties. Over the next forty years, Gino led the company’s growth and development to become today’s Pleasant Valley Corporation. In addition to real estate development, the company has construction and facility management divisions that manage construction and maintenance at more than 55,000 facilities in the United States and Canada. This includes work for three national corporate chains, as well as our own real estate developments. Gino oversees strategy and operations at the highest levels across all three divisions.
Barbara E. Faciana
Barbara Faciana is the Co-CEO of Pleasant Valley Corporation and the president and owner of six real estate companies. Barbara’s real estate career began in 1983, when she purchased her first commercial property. Currently, her portfolio includes more than five million square feet of professional, retail and medical offices with a vacancy rate of only 4.8%. Barbara, who has a degree in business management, oversees accounts receivable, the Controller and the HR department, making many day-to-day business decisions. Barbara founded and continues to operate the food pantry at Our Lady of Grace Church. She sits on the boards of the Medina Huntington National Bank and the Medina County Economic Development Committee.
Joseph C. Tramonte
Joe Tramonte joined Pleasant Valley in 1995 after graduating summa cum laude from Baldwin Wallace College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Joe began in the field working hands-on, made the transition to the office and currently oversees all aspects of the construction division. Joe works closely with our key accounts maintaining and building relationships for National Programs. Joe has earned the LEED-Green Associate accreditation from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI), the credentialing affiliate of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Joe also holds numerous GC State Licenses across the country.
Michael A. Ricciuti
Michael Ricciuti joined Pleasant Valley Construction Co. in 2003 after earning a degree in Business Management. He oversees our Facilities Division with a focus on overall strategic direction. He emphasizes strengthening the relationships with our key customers and vendor partners. Michael also brings many years of practical commercial experience. He has contributed to the success of the commercial real estate division of PVC Corporation, where he developed new construction and tenant build-outs totaling over half a million square feet of office and warehouse space.
Nicole C. Matt
Vice President, Administration
Nicole Matt, Vice President of Administration, graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. She heads Pleasant Valley Corporation Accounts Receivables Department. Nicole’s responsibilities range from creation of invoices, overseeing the organization and distribution of all final invoicing, ensuring customer satisfaction and receiving invoice payments and banking deposits. She also enjoys helping with the marketing aspects of the company. Personally, Nicole loves spending every second with her family, whether that is working out, going to church, or cooking/baking together.
Stacy L. Tramonte
President, NAI Property Management
Stacy Tramonte graduated summa cum laude from Baldwin Wallace College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources. Stacy holds a State of Ohio Real Estate License. Stacy came to Pleasant Valley Construction in 1996 as the manager of the Accounts Payable Department. With her experience in the Real Estate industry, Stacy now manages the Real Estate division dealing with lease negotiation, showings, and sales.
Andrea M. Ricciuti
Vice President, Administration
Andrea Ricciuti graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Communications. Andrea came to Pleasant Valley in 2001 as the Office Manager. Today she oversees all aspects of Accounts Payables for Pleasant Valley Corporation Divisions, and she acts as the property manager for Pleasant View Farms.
Anthony R. Matt
Vice President of Operations, Facilities
Anthony Matt joined Pleasant Valley Construction Co. in 2008. He Graduated with Honors from Baldwin-Wallace College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with minors in Economics and Marketing. He oversees the day to day operations of the Facility Department handling all our national accounts. He also has extensive experience working in the field at numerous construction sites. Anthony likes spending time with his family and watching/playing all sports.
Vice President, Real Estate and Special Projects
Tony Faciana joined Pleasant Valley Construction in 2010 working part-time in various areas of the business, while finishing his degree at Baldwin Wallace University in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Tony has worked in all three divisions of the Company including Facilities, Real Estate, and Construction. Over the years Tony has held numerous positions in the Company and is currently VP of Real Estate and Special Projects.
