Ohio-Based Company Serves Commercial Buildings throughout the U.S., Celebrates 40 Years in Business with New Identity

Medina, OH–Pleasant Valley Corporation, in the business of construction, real estate, and facilities management for four decades, has introduced a new name, brand and graphic identity as it celebrates its 40th anniversary.

Founded in 1976 as Faciana Electric Company, Pleasant Valley Corporation remains a family-owned company that today builds, buys and manages commercial properties throughout the U.S., serving over 55,000 locations.

Pleasant Valley Corporation is comprised of three divisions—Real Estate, Construction, and Facility Management—which provide a full circle of services for commercial buildings. The company operates from a 47,000 sq. ft. headquarters in northeast Ohio and has over 150 employees, with branch offices in Atlanta, GA, and Naples, FL.

Gino and Barbara Faciana, Co-Chief Executive Officers, said that the new brand reflects the connectedness of the company’s three divisions (formerly separate companies), its “family of businesses,” and its unified approach to serving clients. “Our specialty is making life easier for our clients and helping them grow their businesses,” said the Facianas. They added, “We are proud of the successes we’ve had in these 40 years. This move strengthens our global resources, streamlines the presentation to our customers and allows for greater coordination in services. We are looking forward to the continued growth and future of our company.”
